Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM) is
an interactive, activity-based course where students gain a strong
understanding of SCRUM and the accountabilities of
the Scrum Master.
Professional Scrum Master PSM training is a very interactive workshop for understanding how we can become effective Scrum Masters and for anyone coaching a team toward increased efficiency and effectiveness. This PSM training includes thinking for servant-leadership and behavioral shifts. We will introspect Scrum principles and will figure out how to co-relate these in day to day at our work environments. This PSM workshop is designed to have discussions and hands-on exercises based upon real-life cases and games to understand concepts better. This 2 days Professional Scrum Master workshop covers the principles and empirical process theory underpinning the Scrum framework, and the role of the Scrum Master. This workshop teaches what is at the heart of the Scrum and Agile movement.

All participants completing
the Professional Scrum Master course will receive a password to attempt the PSM
I assessment, and are also entitled to a discount on the PSM II assessment. The
industry-recognized PSM certifications require a minimum passing score on these
rigorous assessments. Exam questions:80, Time:60 mins, Passing min 85%
required, Difficulty: Intermediate
