Overview

Scrum is a framework for developing and sustaining complex products. This definition consists of Scrum roles, events, artefacts and the rules that bind them together. Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland developed Scrum. Scrum makes clear the relative efficacy of your product management and development practices so that you can improve. The Scrum framework consists of Scrum Teams (and their associated roles Scrum Master and Product Owner), events, artefacts and rules. Each component within the framework serves a specific purpose and is essential to Scrum success and usage. Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) training enables participants to understand the role of a Product Owner, ROI, helps to maximize the estimation of work done. How this is done may vary widely across organizations, Scrum Teams and individuals. Product Owner is responsible for requirements gathering, customer delight, value delivery and negotiating scope. Product Owners are typically the individuals who are closest to the customer of the project. They are responsible for product and stakeholders' satisfaction. Product Owners maintain the product backlog and ensure that everyone knows the priorities. CSPO certification course covers the content that can help participants to play the role of product owner effectively.
