Shipra is a Certified Scrum Trainer and Agile Coach passionate about creating a culture where teams collaborate, align, innovate and improve through continuous reflections. Over the last 10+ years, worked in Agile domain with esteemed organizations, leadership and their IT/Business teams to bring in the agility with shift from project to product mindset. Developed and managed software projects, with an IT industry experience of over 20 years playing varied roles. Wants to guide and inspire others to be the change for themselves and their teams by sharing knowledge, learnings and experiences. Shipra is also an active volunteer in the Agile and Scrum communities, regularly participating in international conferences like Global and Regional Scrum Gatherings as Speaker, Reviewer and Volunteer.
