She is an Agile Coach with technology back ground and end-to-end development experience with MS Technologies. Her passion for Agile has led her to working on leading large scale Agile transformations through training and coaching teams. She takes keen interest in delivering customized workshops that include User Story, Retrospective, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Release Planning and Portfolio workshops. As an Agile Coach, She brings perspectives of both Traditional and Agile methodologies. She work with leadership and teams to guide them through transformation. Her practices include training and coaching in varied Agile methods including Scrum and Kanban and Scaling frameworks. She has played multiple roles of Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach and a Technologist. This has given her the ability to understand team dynamics and work with almost any team to navigate transformational challenges. She uses visuals, graphics and videos in all her interactions with teams Passionate about building teams that are focused on outcome instead of output.
