Scrum makes clear the relative efficacy of your product management and development practices so that you can improve. The Scrum framework consists of Scrum Teams and their associated roles, events, artifacts and rules. Each component within the framework serves a specific purpose and is essential to Scrum success and usage. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification validates your knowledge and experience. It gives you an advantage over traditional/waterfall professionals. Certified Scrum Master training consists of engaged activity and with active participation from delegates. It is delivered by Experienced Certified Scrum Trainer (CST). The cost includes CSM training + exam fee as well. This workshop will prepare participants for mastering the most difficult role in Scrum, while providing tested and practical techniques for data-based iterative product management within Scrum through videos, activities, exercises.

team members. The Scrum master removes impediments, addresses all facets of the
agile development process and also serves the Organization, product owner,
team, and individuals. The Scrum master facilitates planning and helps product
owners understand and adhere to scrum techniques and practices. The Scrum
master provides guidance, coaching, support and facilitation and helps remove
any obstacles that teams may encounter along the way. The Scrum master supports
individual efforts, addresses issues that arise and removes obstacles to help
individuals be focused and productive.
Anyone who is interested to know about Scrum can attend the
workshop. CSM certification is best suitable for Project Managers, Developers,
Product Owners, Managers, Architects, Product Managers, Software Developers, Software
Testers, Team Leads, Programmers, Executives and Business Analyst.
Participants who complete the
two-day's workshop will be required within 90 days of the course date,
to take an online exam having 50 multiple choice questions to be completed in
60 minutes (No-pause), Passing percentage 74%. Upon successful completion of
the exam, you will receive official designation as a Certified Scrum Master
(CSM) by the Scrum Alliance, along with a 2 year membership of the Scrum
Alliance. Each additional attempt of exam will cost participants 25$ (starting
3rd attempt).
