PAL-e is a 2-day hands-on
workshop that uses a combination of instruction and hands-on exercises to help
managers and other leaders who work directly with agile teams understand how to
best support, guide, and coach their teams to improve their agile capabilities.

The CAL-e certification is from Scrum Alliance and PAL-e is
by Scrum.org.
There is no exam for CAL-e however for PAL-e you will have
to clear the exam by achieving 85% score. Both trainings are for agile leaders
and helps to make you AGILE leadership journey smoother
Agile leadership is needed at all levels within the
organization from the executive suite to the front-line managers, whether
leading projects, programs, initiatives, people, or teams.
There are no prerequisites for this course and any
professional who wants to go further on their agile leadership journey can
undertake this workshop.
Yes, this workshop is for anyone who works in Agile
environment and understand good practices of leadership and team handling.
All participants completing
the Professional Agile Leadership - Essentials course will receive a password
to attempt the Professional Agile Leadership-Essentials assessment. PAL-E class
participants who attempt the PAL-E assessment within 14 days of receiving their
free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no
additional cost.
