Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM) is
an interactive, activity-based course where students gain a strong
understanding of SCRUM and the accountabilities of
the Scrum Master.
Professional Scrum Master PSM training is a very interactive workshop for understanding how we can become effective Scrum Masters and for anyone coaching a team toward increased efficiency and effectiveness. This PSM training includes thinking for servant-leadership and behavioral shifts. We will introspect Scrum principles and will figure out how to co-relate these in day to day at our work environments. This PSM workshop is designed to have discussions and hands-on exercises based upon real-life cases and games to understand concepts better. This 2 days Professional Scrum Master workshop covers the principles and empirical process theory underpinning the Scrum framework, and the role of the Scrum Master. at no cost.

I assessment, and are also entitled to a discount on the PSM II assessment. The
