SAFe for Team (SP) is a
two-day training program which will enable you to span style gain an in-depth
understanding of the ART, will ensure that you gain the skills to become a
high-performing team member of an Agile Release Train (ART) and learn how to
collaborate effectively with other teams. It will equip you with the essentials
of ART, how it delivers value, and what you can do to effectively perform your
role using Scrum, Kanban, and XP. You will learn how to write stories and break
down features, plan and execute iterations, and plan Program Increments. It
will also cover the concepts about the continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps
culture, upskill you to effectively integrate with other teams in the program,
and what it takes to continuously improve the train. All our SAFe trainings are
delivered by SAFe Program Consultants (SPC) who are certified and authorized to
deliver the above course. Attending the class prepares you to take the exam and
become a Certified SAFe Practitioner (SP).
