The Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master is a 15-16 hours training program which will equip the current Scrum Masters for their leadership role in facilitating Agile team, program, and enterprise success in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) implementation. The training provides you with the aspects of facilitation of cross-team interactions in support of program execution and relentless improvement. It enhances the Scrum paradigm with an introduction to scaleable engineering and DevOps practices, the application of Kanban to facilitate the flow of value, and supporting interactions with architects, product management, and other critical stakeholders in the larger program and enterprise contexts. The training also provides you with actionable tools for building high-performing teams and explores practical ways of addressing Agile and Scrum anti-patterns in the enterprise. This certification will prove your standing as an Advanced Scrum Master in a SAFe environment and add value to your current role and Organization. All SAFe training are delivered by SAFe Practice Consultants (SPC) who are certified and authorized to deliver the above training. Attending the class prepares you to take the exam and become a Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
