The Professional Scrum Master II course is an advanced course specifically designed for experienced Scrum Masters who have a thorough understanding of the Scrum framework It is particularly beneficial for those people with at least one year of Scrum Master experience. Effective Scrum Masters must have a deep understanding of best practices, terminology and values of Scrum. The three PSM certifications demonstrate that those who have achieved these levels are able to respond competently to challenging situations in the real-world context. The value of each certification is linked to the competency required to achieve it, and PSM holders are much in demand in the corporate world.

Anyone attempting the PSM II should have advanced Scrum knowledge, in-depth Scrum experience and/or have taken the Professional Scrum Master course prior to taking this assessment.

On completion of the 2 day PSM II course, you will receive an email from Scrum Alliance with a link to create your login credentials. Then you can Sign in to gain access to the Online PSM II Test. Once the test is complete, you will be asked to accept a license agreement. You will then receive the official designation of Professional Scrum Master® (PSM II) from Scrum Alliance along with membership with Scrum Alliance.

By attaining a PSM II Certification you:

The test can be taken from anywhere with the help of a computer with an internet connection. It consists of 30 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 90 minutes ( pausing the exam is not possible). There must be atleast 26 correctly answered questions to obtain the passing percentage i.e. 85%.

After completing your PSM II workshop, you will receive an email from Scrum Alliance that includes a link to create your login credentials. After receiving your membership email, you have 90 days to take the test. You will have one attempt within 90 days .

You are required to demonstrate your understanding in Agile Manifesto, Agile Principles, the reason for using Scrum, Scrum theory, framework, Scrum roles, Scrum meetings, Scrum artifacts (& transparency), Professional Scrum Mater I (PSM I) and services from Scrum Master to Product Owner, Scrum Master, Organization, Definition of done.
