ITIL is a body of knowledge and best practices for successful IT Service Management. The ITIL Foundation certification is designed as an introduction to ITIL and enables candidates to look at IT Service Management through an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of tech-enabled products and services. It’s a closed book proctored exam of 60 minutes duration with 40 multiple choice questions and a passing score of 65%

There is no negative marking, unanswered questions are scored as incorrect

Yes, we will guide you and assist you for the exam application process

How long does it take to receive the exam results?

You will receive the ITIL 4 Foundation results from 10-15 days after you take the exam

Axelos is the board who manages the entire series of ITIL certifications

It has lifetime validity

Can I take a virtual/online course?

Currently ITIL Foundation course is a 2-day face to face workshop, however we shall be launching online courses soon
