CAL-O (Certified Agile Leadership for Organizations) training prepares you with:

In this training, delegates gain tangible knowledge, skills, and techniques that will help them towards making organizational agility a reality for their companies.

The CAL-O training is currently offered as a virtual, online workshop. It covers all of the learning objectives through interactive activities, simulations, and discussions. This workshop is a perfect balance of relevant theories, case studies, Agile leadership, and real-time discussions that will set you on a decidedly upward course in your journey.

There are no prerequisites for CAL-O. Anyone who wants to understand leadership on Organization level is welcomed. It is recommended for aspiring leaders and existing leaders.

You have to attend 8 hours of training by a Certified Scrum Trainer. Post completion of the training, we shall register you with Scrum Alliance and you will get certification / login link in your email id. You need to accept license and download your Certificate.

There is no exam. Attending 8 hours of training will make you eligible to download CAL-O credentials certificate.

There is a lifetime validity.

You can get up to 8 Category B Scrum Education Units® (SEU’s). Project Management Professionals ® (PMP) can claim 8 PMI PDU’s.
